Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched or marked "Out for Delivery," cancellation shall not be permitted.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted to akaicare@akaiindia.in before dispatch.
• Approved cancellations shall be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Customised, limited-edition, promotional, Final Sale, and Not for Sale products are not eligible for cancellation.
• Partial cancellation of products forming part of a bundle shall not be permitted.
• Akai India reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or operational constraints and may, at its sole discretion, offer a suitable alternative product or refund, as applicable.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

• Replacement requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, together with all accessories, manuals, warranty card, original packaging, and purchase invoice.
• For Televisions, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Audio Products, and IFPDs, replacement shall be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage verified by an authorized Akai service engineer during installation.
• Products that are unboxed, installed, or relocated prior to official inspection may be deemed ineligible for replacement.
• Akai India does not offer refunds. Eligible claims shall be resolved through replacement or exchange only, subject to policy terms.
• Products purchased as part of a bundle shall be eligible only for complete bundle replacement. Partial replacements shall not be permitted.
• Approved replacement requests shall be processed within 15–20 business days following successful inspection.
