Make Everyday Laundry Easier with Our Fully Automatic Washing Machines
We design our fully automatic washing machines to handle washing, rinsing and spin extraction within one programmed cycle. After you load clothes, add the correct detergent, select a suitable programme and start the machine, it manages the main wash stages without requiring you to transfer clothes between separate wash and spin tubs.
Our current collection consists of fully automatic top-load models from 7.5 kg to 12 kg. This range lets you choose according to household size and laundry habits rather than paying for capacity you may not use. We offer non-heater models for straightforward daily washing and in-built heater variants for customers who want compatible hot-water programmes for selected garments and hygiene needs.
All models are positioned with a 5-star energy rating. We provide features such as digital wash controls, multiwash programmes, quick wash, magic filter, waterfall wash, powerful pulsator, memory function, low-noise operation, child lock and low-water-pressure efficiency.
The right machine is not automatically the largest or most expensive. We recommend matching capacity, heater requirement, water conditions, installation space, family size and washing frequency before comparing the live price and offer.
Which Capacity Should You Choose?
Choose our 7.5 kg models for small households and frequent everyday washing
Our 7.5 kg washing machines can suit couples and households of approximately two to four people who wash regularly. They are also practical where installation space and budget matter more than washing bulky loads in one cycle.
Choose AFT-75DGPP washing machine if you prefer the more value-focused plastic-lid configuration. Choose AFT-75DBPG washing machine if you prefer a transparent glass lid and mid-black finish. The reviewed glass-lid model lists features including deep clean, magic filter, waterfall wash, multiple programmes, memory function and low-water-pressure operation.
Do not overload the drum simply because clothes can be pressed inside. Garments need space to move through the wash action, and bulky items may require more capacity than their dry weight suggests.
Choose our 8 kg models for regular family laundry
Our 8 kg washing machine are a balanced option for many three-to-five-member households. They provide more flexibility for towels, school uniforms, office wear and mixed weekly laundry than a smaller machine.
Choose AFT-80DBHG for a glass-lid 8 kg model without a heater. Choose AFT-80DGG-H when an in-built heater is important. Heater programmes may help with compatible hygiene-focused or stain-oriented cycles, but customers should follow garment care labels and approved temperature settings.
Choose our 9 kg heater model for larger weekly loads
Our AFT-90DBG-H combines 9 kg capacity with a 5-star rating, a glass lid and an in-built heater. We recommend this size for households of roughly four to six members, frequent towel loads or customers who want more load flexibility without moving directly to 10 kg or 12 kg.
Capacity is measured using dry laundry under defined test conditions. One heavy blanket may occupy more drum volume than several lightweight garments, even when the weights appear similar.
Choose our 10 kg heater model for big families and bulky laundry
Our AFT-100DGG-H provides 10 kg capacity, an in-built heater and a soft-close glass lid. We recommend it for large households, frequent washing or customers who regularly handle bedding, towels and larger mixed loads.
The soft-close lid helps reduce sudden slamming, while the heater supports compatible hot-water programmes. This does not mean every fabric should be washed at high temperature. Wool, elastic, coloured and delicate garments may require cooler settings.
Choose our 12 kg heater model for high-volume household use
Our AFT-120DBG-H is the largest machine in this collection. It can suit large families or homes that accumulate substantial laundry between cycles. The extra capacity may reduce the number of loads when the garments and programme allow it.
We do not recommend choosing 12 kg solely because it sounds more powerful. A larger tub can use more space and may be unnecessary for a small household that washes daily. Check external dimensions, door clearance and normal load size before deciding.

What Does Fully Automatic Mean?
A fully automatic machine performs the main wash, rinse and spin stages in one tub according to the selected programme. It still requires correct loading, detergent, water supply, drainage, garment sorting and periodic cleaning. “Fully automatic” does not mean the machine can iron clothes or dry them completely like a separate tumble dryer.
After spin extraction, clothes will retain moisture and usually need line drying or another drying method. We recommend avoiding the phrase “complete drying” unless a model is an actual washer-dryer with a verified heated-drying function.
Why Choose a Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine?
Top-load machines allow you to load laundry from above, reducing the need to bend as far as with many front-load designs. Their control flow can be straightforward for everyday users, and they often offer practical wash times at an accessible price.
A top load may suit households that value easy loading, conventional installation and simple operation. A front load may suit customers prioritising different fabric action, water use or premium programme sets. Neither format is automatically best for every home.
When Is an In-Built Heater Useful?
Our 8 kg, 9 kg, 10 kg and 12 kg heater variants are designed to warm water for compatible programmes. Heated washing can support stain treatment and hygiene-oriented cycles where the fabric and detergent allow it.
Hotter is not always better. High temperatures can affect colour, elastic, prints and delicate fibres. Always read the garment care label and use the approved programme. Heater operation can also increase electricity consumption compared with an unheated wash, so use it when it adds meaningful value.
For customers who mainly wash lightly soiled daily clothes in cold water, one of our non-heater 7.5 kg or 8 kg options may be sufficient.
Powerful Pulsator, Waterfall Wash and Deep Cleaning
Our washing machines has powerful pulsator that creates multidirectional water movement and a waterfall-wash action intended to help detergent mixing. The Deep Clean positioning refers to the combined wash action designed for everyday dirt and stains.
Results still depend on stain type, detergent, pre-treatment, fabric, programme and load. We should not promise the removal of every stain. Treat stains promptly, follow detergent instructions and avoid using harsh chemicals on unsupported fabrics.
Magic Filter and Lint Management
Our Magic Filter is designed to collect lint and loose particles during compatible wash cycles. It should be inspected and cleaned regularly; a clogged filter cannot work as intended.
Turn garments inside out where appropriate, empty pockets and wash high-lint items separately from dark or delicate clothing. The filter does not replace correct sorting and maintenance.
Low-Noise Operation
Our models are positioned for smooth, low-noise operation. Actual sound depends on load balance, floor levelling, nearby walls, coins or objects in pockets, water pressure and installation quality.
A machine that shakes or repeatedly bangs during spin may be unlevel or contain an unbalanced load. Adjust the feet on a firm floor and redistribute bulky garments. We should publish measured wash and spin noise only if tested under a documented standard.
Glass Lid or Plastic Lid?
Our 7.5 kg range includes both plastic-lid and glass-lid options. A transparent glass lid lets you view the cycle and can create a more premium appearance. A plastic lid may support a more value-focused configuration and lower weight.
Lid material does not determine washing performance by itself. Compare capacity, programmes, warranty, heater, controls and price. For glass-lid models, do not place heavy objects on the lid or expose it to sudden impact.
Installation Requirements
Before ordering, measure the installation area using the selected model's exact width, depth and height. Leave room above the lid to open it completely and maintain access to the detergent tray and controls.
You will need:
- a compatible water inlet and tap;
- a stable, earthed electrical outlet;
- a safe drainage route at the approved height;
- a firm and level floor;
- ventilation and service clearance;
- protection from direct rain and water splashes outside the machine's rated design.
Avoid extension boards and loose adapters for a high-power appliance, especially a heater model. Installation should follow the official manual and the current AKAI installation policy.
Laundry Preparation for Better Results
Sort white, dark, delicate and lint-producing garments. Empty pockets, close zips where recommended and secure hooks. Pre-treat stains using a fabric-safe method. Use detergent formulated for fully automatic top-load machines and follow the dosing guidance for load, water hardness and soil level.
Too much detergent can leave residue and create excessive foam; too little may reduce cleaning. Do not wash items whose care labels prohibit machine washing. Distribute large items evenly to reduce imbalance during spin.
Maintenance and Drum Care
Clean the lint filter regularly, wipe the lid and control area with a soft cloth, and leave the lid open for a period after washing when safe to allow moisture to escape. Clean inlet filters according to the manual and run the approved tub-clean programme at the recommended interval.
Do not pour water directly over the control panel. Disconnect power before maintenance described in the manual. If the machine shows an error code or unusual leak, stop use and contact authorised support rather than dismantling it.
Fully Automatic vs Semi-Automatic Washing Machine
Choose one of our fully automatic models when you want washing, rinsing and spin extraction in one tub with less manual handling. They require a suitable continuous inlet and drainage setup during operation.
Choose a semi-automatic machine when manual water control, separate wash/spin tubs, lower upfront price or flexible use during irregular water supply is more important. Semi-automatic machines require clothes to be transferred between tubs and generally involve more user participation.
Neither type is universally superior. The right choice depends on water access, convenience, space, budget and laundry routine.
